Is hot air ballooning safe for first-time flyers?
Yes. Our pilots have extensive experience and provide comprehensive safety briefings. All equipment meets strict aviation standards, and flights only operate in optimal weather conditions for maximum safety.
What time does the hot air balloon experience start?
Pickup begins between 4:00-5:00 AM depending on season and location. The actual flight lasts about 1 hour, with return to your hotel by 9:00-10:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy the rest of your day.
What happens if weather conditions prevent flying?
Safety is our priority. If weather doesn’t permit flying, we’ll reschedule for the next available morning or provide a full refund. We monitor conditions closely and notify guests in advance.
What should I wear and bring for the balloon ride?
Wear comfortable, layered clothing and closed-toe shoes (no heels). Bring your passport/ID, camera, and light jacket. We provide all safety equipment and refreshments during the experience.
Are there age restrictions for hot air balloon flights?
Children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by adults. The experience isn’t suitable for pregnant women, people with severe back injuries, or those with extreme height phobias.
